With a condo, you don’t have to worry about that huge loan and a 30 year pay off.

Young couples don’t really know what they want until they start having kids and finding that career that they have always wanted. With a condo, it will give you the freedom to leave if you are given a good opportunity, and you will be able to sell and get your money back and even more.
City living
Most condos are in the heart of the city, and that is perfect for young couples. Everything is right on your doorstep. Some have a mall under them, so you don’t have to go far to enjoy the city life. With young couples just starting out, having restaurants right outside yourdoor step is a major plus.
